This week the 12th scale cabin team established basic parameters and dimensions to aim for. Currently the goal is to make a basic model of the cabin in SolidWorks with pure functionality in mind to accommodate for the bogie and the controls. Ideally the CAD model will be ready by the following week as necessary changes will be made according to the designs and specifications of the bogie and controls team. Aesthetics will be added as time progresses.
Additionally, all team members of the 12th scale model team has established basic communication protocol with one another, agreeing to a schedule of updates and checking the group message boards.
